The candidates should have scored 60% and above in University Examinations to register in NCPC

The registered candidates have to write the Entrance Examination of 01 hour duration. English, General Knowledge and Aptitude of the candidate will be examined in the Entrance Examination

The qualified students have to undergone the training scheduled by NCPC. The members with 100% attendance in training only are allowed for campus placement interviews inside and out side the campus

Selected Members of NCPC should assist the placement officers for identifying the companies to be visited and they are treated as eligible to travel along with the placement officer to the identified companies.

All Members who have got placement through NCPC are bound to contribute 1/4 of his/ her first month salary to the organization (NCPC) at the time of receiving the placement order.

Those who have secured below 60% and above 50% are also eligible to write the Entrance Examination of NCPC after a Special Basic Training.

All NCPC members will be presented before the companies purely based on their performance in the NCPC Training Merits and academic track records.

Once a member is placed through NCPC he/ she will not stand eligible to reappearing for any other placement activities through NCPC.

The registered students should not have more than FIVE backlogs at any point of time for getting a "Permanent Registration" to NCPC.

The registered students having more than FIVE backlogs at any point of time will be provided with a "Provisional Registration" to NCPC and it will become "Permanent Registration" after clearing the backlogs to the permitted level of a maximum of FIVE.

Only those students having a "Permanent Registration" will be eligible for attending Placement / Recruitment Exercises.

After completing the registration process, current status of registration as either "Permanent Registration" or "Provisional Registration" which exclusively depends on the number of backlogs at that particular time.

The Registration will be closed after the stipulated time allotted for registration process.

Those who have registered and undergone the Basic Training Programme only are allowed to appear for campus placement interviews inside and outside the campus.

The NCPC – Placement Committee Members in particular and all other Executive – Members should assist the Director NCPC for identifying the job opportunities and have to visit the enlisted companies in person along with him for further actions like:-

All members of NCPC who are short listed to be PLACED through NCPC are bound to contribute 1/4 of their one month salary to NCPC at the time of receiving the appointment order from the employer.

All NCPC members will be presented before the companies purely based on their merits/ potentials and academic track records from Class X onwards.

Once a NCPC Member receives a Confirmed Placement Offer from an employer/ organization, his/ her NCPC Member ship will automatically be cancelled. Further chances for getting placement will depends on his/ her status of CORE JOB and DREAM JOB.

On completion of participation in five Campus Interview Processes, in the next event, the students will be treated as "Waiting List Candidates".

For easiness in internal operations, there will be a branch wise sub-committee for NCPC, consisting of placement officer, concerned staff member-in-charge and students' representatives of Placement Committee. This sub-committee has to convene meetings at least once in a week for planning day-to-day affairs. The members of the sub-committee will be the volunteers for Campus Interviews.

Any communication to employers on and on behalf of NCPC should be originated after obtaining prior permission from the Director NCPC.

Students are not permitted to directly interact with employers even after securing a confirmed placement order without the knowledge of NCPC.
